2. Booking & Dispatch

A booking is considered active once a Verification ID is issued. Harmain Services reserves the right to cancel requests if accurate location data or contact information is not provided by the user.

3. Pricing & Payments

Estimated quotes are provided during booking, but final pricing may vary based on actual material costs or labor complexity found on-site. Any additional charges will be communicated before work begins.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure an adult is present during the service and provide a safe working environment. You are responsible for securing small valuables before the professional arrives at your premises.

5. Limitation of Liability

Harmain Services is a facilitator. We are not liable for incidental property damages or delays caused by third-party professionals beyond the scope of the agreed service contract.
